Why is there an enrollment fee?
This one-time enrollment fee is due at the time of joining and applied toward administrative processes and membership amenities, such as complimentary personal training sessions, towel service, and general gym atmosphere and upkeep.
When are membership dues drafted?
Membership dues are drafted on the 15th of each month.
Are there any other fees included in my membership?
Yes, our annual facility enhancement and maintenance fee is due once a year, on August 1st, for the amount of $25. This fee is used towards equipment maintenance and repairs, plus facility enhancements and upgrades.
What is your membership cancellation policy?
A completed Membership Cancellation Form must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the final billing cycle. If the form is received less than 30 days prior to the final billing cycle, a $30 cancellation fee may be applied.
In the instance a member relocates greater than 25 miles from the location of the gym, the member is eligible to be released from the contract with proof of new address. To release the member from any further contractual obligations, a $30 cancellation fee will be assessed.
Membership Cancellation Forms may only be obtained by contacting the manager.
Am I able to I freeze my membership?
Memberships may be frozen up to two (2) times per contract year with a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. Requests to freeze membership may be consecutive within the contract year.
Following the end of the requested freeze period, the monthly auto-renewal will reactivate. The freeze will result in an automatic extension of the Membership Agreement for the length of the freeze.
Freeze Request Forms must be received no later than the 5th of the month, as Membership dues process on the 15th. A $15 fee applies to each processed membership freeze request.
Membership Freeze Request Forms may only be obtained by contacting the manager.

What is your class cancelation policy?
We require at least one-hour notice for class cancellations, otherwise a “Late Cancel/No-Show” fee of $6.00 will be charged to the card on file.
What if I’m late to class?
If you are running late, we encourage you to call so the front desk may communicate with the instructor.
Starting warm is crucial to maximizing the efficiency of a workout. Clients may not arrive more than 5 minutes after the beginning of class to ensure appropriate warm-up, allow waitlisted clients to participate, and out of respect for the fluidity of the program and time of the instructor.
