When is my membership drafted?
All memberships are drafted on the 15th of each month

Do you have an annual fee with my membership?
Yes, we do have an annual facility enhancement/maintenance fee of $25, which is drafted on Aug. 1st. We want to keep everything in peak working condition to ensure you are getting the most out of your workouts! This fee will be used toward equipment maintenance and repairs, not to mention facility enhancements and upgrades.

What is your membership cancelation policy?
Month-to-Month Memberships must be canceled with a 30-day written notice. Cancellation request forms are available at the Front Desk. We also have the option to early cancel with a $30 early termination fee (Month-to-month memberships only).

How do I cancel my membership?
You will need to come in and fill out an Auto-Draft Cancelation form if you are on a Month-to-Month Membership or request one via email from Anya (anya@ignitefitnez.com)

Can I freeze my membership?
Memberships may be frozen up to two (2) times per year, for 3 months per Freeze. You must turn in your Freeze Request Form no later than the 10th, as Membership drafts run on the 15th.

How do I sign up for classes?

What is your class cancelation policy?
We require at least one-hour notice for class cancellations, otherwise a “Late Cancel/No-Show” fee of $6.00 will be charged to your account.

What if I’m late to class?
If you are more than 10 minutes late to class, then we request you reschedule.

Warm-ups are very important and we want to reduce any and all possibilities for injury.
